Zirconia Fused Alumina F24 is coarse FEPA F24 grit abrasive designed for granite blasting. Its zirconia-alumina eutectic structure provides high hardness, strong toughness and prominent self-sharpening ability. This coarse angular grain rapidly creates uniform decorative rough textures on granite, with low breakage rate for repeated recycling. Dust emission is much lower than silica sand, safe for continuous stone mass production. Widely used for granite slab surface texturing, stain removal and architectural stone finishing.

Zirconia Fused Alumina F24 Grit Granite Blasting Characteristic:
1. Zirconia fused alumina with a silicon content of 40% Zr2O exhibits higher toughness, self-sharpening properties, specific gravity, and refractory temperature compared to 25% silicon content zirconia-alumina.
2. Through control of silicon content and cooling processes, the ZrO2-Al2O3 eutectic in 40% silicon content zirconia-alumina is uniformly distributed at the grain boundaries of alumina crystals, which is beneficial for improving the compressive strength, particle toughness, and fracture resistance of zirconium-alumina.
3. By controlling the smelting temperature and cooling rate, 40% silicon content zirconium-alumina has a high tetragonal phase content of zirconium oxide. Therefore, zirconium-alumina possesses more stable mechanical properties and high-temperature stability.
4. Extreamly wear resistance. In the meantime, high roughness with no excessive brittle collapse under high pressure grinding.
5. Grain size F80: Uniform particle distribution, consistent grit dimension to ensure even scratch texture on workpiece surfaces.
