ZA40 Zirconia Fused Alumina
ZA40 Zirconia Fused Alumina is a zirconia-based abrasive grit for its durable grinding ability. Compared with 25% ZrO2 fused alumina, it is of higher toughness and a little lower hardness. It is always suitable for coated abrasive tools.
ZA40 Zirconia fused alumina is produced from zirconium material and Alumina with an electrofusion process. The zirconium and aluminum oxide elements mixed thoroughly to get a kind of crystal with a small crystal size and tight structure. That special structure makes the ZA40 Abrasive grain extremely durable.
