Zirconia Grinding Ball
The Zirconia Grinding ball is made from Yttrium stabilized zirconia and Zirconia toughened alumina powder. The zirconia grinding media ball has advantages such as superior high strength, extreme wear resistance, and durability.
Features of Zirconia Grinding Ball:
- High hardness, smooth surface, wear resistance, and low wear
- Rust resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, reducing material pollution
- High toughness, strength from impact without fragmentation
- The lifetime of zirconia grinding beads is 6-8 times of glass beads and 2-3 times of zirconium silicate beads. It can improve the solid content of grinded material & increase the flow rate of material.
