Calcia stabilized zirconia Powder 1-3um for alloy casting
Calcia stabilized zirconia powder 1–3μm is ultrafine refractory powder for precision alloy casting. Calcium oxide stabilizer prevents high-temperature phase change and volume deformation. The 1–3μm fine grain forms dense smooth casting coating to eliminate sand adhesion and casting surface flaws. Featuring high melting point and inertness to molten alloy, it avoids metal contamination. It disperses well in casting slurries, widely used in investment casting face coat for titanium alloy and superalloy parts.
