B120 Ceramic Beads Blasting Media is fine spherical zirconia abrasive with particle size 0.063-0.125mm. It delivers uniform satin finish for delicate aluminum, stainless steel, titanium and medical alloy components, featuring low dust, long service life and non-ferrous contamination. Compatible with dry & wet blasting systems.

It is injected by high-pressure air onto metal workpieces to:
  1. Remove thin oxide film, tiny burrs, mold release residue, fingerprint contamination
  2. Create uniform delicate matte / satin finish without deep scratches
  3. Do pre-treatment before coating/anodizing to boost paint adhesion
  4. Shot peening for light stress relief of precision parts
