Blasting Media Ceramic Sand B60 for Stainless Steel Shot Blasting
Ceramic Sand B60 is spherical zirconium‑silicate blasting media with particle size 125‑250 μm, specially developed for stainless steel surface shot blasting and satin finishing. It features high sphericity, high toughness and Vickers hardness of 700HV, delivering stable blasting performance for dry and wet blasting systems. This media resists breaking during operation, generates far less dust compared to glass beads, and supports high‑cycle recycling, with service life 20‑25 times longer than ordinary glass beads. It leaves no foreign‑metal contamination on stainless‑steel workpieces, removing welding discoloration, oxide layers and fine burrs to produce uniform smooth satin metallic finish. B60 ceramic sand is widely applied for stainless‑steel sheets, kitchenware, structural parts and sanitary components, ideal when consistent surface roughness and clean‑surface requirements are needed.
